Summary
Last Stop Mart is an idle shop-building game. It collects no personal information. There are no accounts, no ads and no analytics, and nothing about you or your game is sent to us or anyone else. Your progress is saved only on your own device.
Who we are
Last Stop Mart is published by Seven Talons LLC ("we", "us"). This policy applies to the Last Stop Mart game for Android and iOS. For any privacy question, contact us at tmolina@seventalons.com.
What the game stores on your device
To remember your progress, the game saves a small file in its own private storage on your device. It contains only game data:
- your in-game cash and the number of customers served and lost;
- which areas, stores, shelves and upgrades you have unlocked;
- the time of your last save, used to work out how long you were away from the game.
This file never leaves your device through the game; we cannot see it. You can erase it at any time with Reset progress in the game, by clearing the app's storage in your device settings, or by uninstalling the game.
What the game does not collect
The game has no sign-up, no chat and no way to upload content. It does not ask for your name, email address, phone number, location, contacts, photos or files, and it does not use the advertising ID.
Advertising and analytics
Last Stop Mart currently contains no advertising, no in-app purchases, and no analytics, telemetry or crash reporting. We do not count installs, sessions or taps. If a future version adds ads or purchases, they may involve third-party services (such as Google AdMob) that use device identifiers. We will update this policy, and say exactly what those services collect, before that version is released.
Sharing and selling
We do not share or sell any information, because we do not collect any.
Children's privacy
The game does not collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country). This is consistent with the U.S. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and the GDPR's provisions on children's data.
Data retention and backups
Your game save stays on your device for as long as you keep the game installed. If your device's own backup is switched on, a copy may be held in your personal Google or Apple account backup; that backup is controlled by you and your device settings, not by us.
Your rights
Because we hold no data about you, there is nothing for us to produce, correct or delete on request; everything the game stores is on your device and under your control. If you are in the EEA or the UK, you have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the version number and "Last updated" date at the top will change, and the new version will be posted on this page.
