Terms of Service
These terms apply when you download or play Postmark Lane, a game made by Seven Talons LLC. By playing, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't play.
Who can play
The game is made for players aged 13 and over. If you are under the age of majority where you live, a parent or guardian should review these terms with you.
Your licence to play
We give you a personal, non-transferable licence to download and play the game on devices you own or control, for your own entertainment. You may not copy, sell, modify or reverse-engineer the game, or use cheats, bots or other tools that interfere with it or with other players.
Coins, stamps and purchases
Coins and stamps are in-game items. They have no cash value, can't be exchanged for money and can't be transferred outside the game. Purchases are made through Google Play, are one-time purchases (there are no subscriptions), and are subject to Google Play's terms and refund policy. Each price is shown on its button before you buy. Items you have bought can be restored with Restore purchases in the game.
Leaderboards
You can choose a three-letter tag for the weekly leaderboards. Please don't choose anything offensive. We may remove scores or tags that are offensive or that we believe were achieved by cheating.
Ads
The game offers optional video ads you can choose to watch for rewards. We aren't responsible for the content of third-party ads, though we limit the kinds of ads shown, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Changes and availability
We may update, change or stop parts of the game, and update these terms. If a change is significant, we will tell you in the game. Continuing to play after a change means you accept the new terms.
No warranty
The game is provided "as is". We work to keep it fun and working, but we can't promise it will always be available or free of errors.
Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, Seven Talons LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the game, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for in-game purchases in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be waived.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, except where the law of the country you live in requires otherwise.
